About The Digital Technology Innovation Graduate Program
As a Digital Technology Innovation Graduate, you will join a two-year graduate program designed to build the next generation of digital, data, and technology innovation leaders at argenx.
You will combine structured rotational learning with hands-on delivery in a high-impact Accelerate 2030 Innovation Pod, contributing from day one to enterprise-level transformation initiatives across Digital Technology, Data & AI, Quality, Tech Ops, Development, and Commercial domains.
This role is ideal for high-potential graduates who want to learn fast, deliver real impact, and shape the future of digital innovation in life sciences.

Role Overview
The Digital Technology Innovation Graduate Program focuses on your innovation and personal growth. It offers:

* A Challenging Project: You'll work on a cross-functional team to implement transformative cross-functional Technology innovation projects, aligned with our long-term vision - e.g., work with the research & clinical development teams to explore how technology, data, and automation can accelerate the discovery and development lifecycle-helping bring new therapies to patients faster.
* Rotational Learning: Through multiple rotations, you'll gain critical competencies and insights, all while receiving tailored training and development opportunities.
* Mentorship: Ongoing support from a mentor and direct reporting to the Head of Digital Technology Innovation and Strategic Partnering.

Program Overview
The Digital Technology Innovation Graduate Program is a two-year program consisting of:
* Four rotations of six months each.
* Continuous participation in one Accelerate 2030 Innovation Pod throughout the full program duration.

This set-up ensures both breadth of exposure and depth of ownership, allowing you to apply what you learn directly in a real delivery context.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for ambitious graduates passionate about science and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
This program is especially suited for profiles with a strong interest in technology and a passion for how technology can revolutionize the biotech industry.

* Strong interest in digital, data, AI, and emerging technologies,
* Affinity with life sciences and biotechnology,
* Ability to work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments,
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset,
* A proactive, learning-oriented attitude with a desire to make impact.

Qualifications
* Completed Master's degree in a Technology related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics or a related technology discipline),
* Graduated in 2025 or 2026,
* Less than 2 years of full-time work experience (internships and placements excluded),
* Fluent in English,
* Willingness to work on-site in Ghent.

* By the end of May, candidates will be informed whether they have been selected to move forward in the process.
* Selection rounds (online + onsite) will take place in June and early July 2026.
* The successful candidate will be appointed by mid July 2026.
* We aim for a start date in September 2026.
