Over two outstanding years, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments, where you'll quickly acquire broad knowledge, experience our business from different perspectives, and gain a deep understanding of Smart Infrastructure in particular. During the assignment abroad at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations, you will improve your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

You'll win us over with:
* An excellent Master's degree, Diploma, Doctoral degree, or equivalent in one of the following fields:
* Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Data Science, or Mechatronics (with a business focus such as project management or product management)
* Management and Technology
* Industrial Engineering (with technical focus)
* Digital Business
* Information Technology
* Significant practical work experience gained through internships, working student positions, or similar roles
* Initial experience in product management, project management, and agile ways of working
* Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* A minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying and/or working abroad
* Fluency in English & German; additional languages are a plus (Turkish, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish)
* Flexibility and mobility during the program's duration
