Management Trainee- Macro economic

Beschreibung:

To support EEMEA macro research team analyst of a bulge bracket investment bank - this includes proficiency in excel, good understanding of macroeconomic concepts, working knowledge of econometric softwares, econometric modelling, analysing macroeconomic themes, and writing reports.

* Create and update excel based databases on a regular basis.
* Gather data from various public sources and economic databases. Analysis of large datasets to identify patterns & trends and build internally consistent projection models.
* Prepare dynamic charts for different economies to enable visualization of the relation between different key macro-economic indicators.
* Econometric analysis using time series and panel data regressions using econometric software.
* Assist in preparation and publication of daily, weekly and quarterly deliverables.
* Write short notes/commentary on economic data releases and weekly publications.
* Keep abreast with important macro-economic news/developments which impact the developed and emerging markets
