As a Scheduling & Service Maintenance Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting field operations by managing customer visit plans, service schedules, and route assignments that keep our business running efficiently. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into operational solutions, ensuring data accuracy and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

Your Impact

As a Scheduling & Service Maintenance Analyst, you will:
* Execute and manage customer and route-related requests that support daily business operations.
* Analyze business requirements and implement system updates with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain high standards of data integrity across operational systems and processes.
* Prioritize and manage multiple requests while meeting established service expectations.
* Partner with Sales Operations, Route Planning, and other stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and clarify business needs.
* Review and validate information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business rules.
* Investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes to implement effective solutions.
* Develop reports and analyses that support operational decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the internal customer experience.
* Maintain process documentation and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused, and continuous improvement culture.
Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

* Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret and work with large datasets.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
* Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
* Quick learner with curiosity and eagerness to understand new systems, processes, and business concepts.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and interested in continuous learning and professional growth.
* Previous internship, customer service, operations support, administrative, or shared services experience is a plus but not required.
* Advanced English proficiency required.
