TRADE MARKETING GRADUATE PROGRAM
The Graduate Program at L'Oréal Saudi Arabia will allow you to gain strong professional experience while learning and connecting with the best in the industry!

Come & join our Saudi Arabia office for a 6-12 month assignment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Merchandising:
* To follow the merchandising Calendar updates and make sure it's implemented in the same date planned
* Monitor the Merchandising implementation in the market in line with the launch and Merchandising guidelines
* Consolidate merchandising needs from all markets and define their universe
* Work on perfecting the Top Doors in terms of Merchandising
* Work with the agencies for installation and maintenance of current / New Doors based on the accounts needs
* Align with the commercial on the openings / current doors Capex replacements respecting the yearly estimated budget plan
* To work on Brand Assets in alignment to the brand guidelines and Local Market Needs
Brand Activation:
* Develop Full Year Activation Plan
* Plan Product Launches and Campaigns
* Organize and Manage all Activations
* Coordinate with suppliers to execute on ground activations
* Monitor Market Trends to keep Brand up to date
* Manage Sales Tools; Sales Materials, Samples, Products Data..etc

Program Requirements:
* You must be a fresh grad or have a max of 2 years experience
