Job Description: Graduate - Hotels & Hospitality (UAE National)
JLL is seeking dynamic UAE National graduates to join our Hotels & Hospitality Group. This graduate position offers an exceptional opportunity to build your career in the vibrant hospitality real estate sector. Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate in Hotels & Hospitality, you will support the team in conducting market research and competitive analysis for hotels and hospitality assets, and assist in preparing feasibility studies and investment analysis for hotel development projects. You will help analyze hotel performance data including occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR), and support the preparation of asset management reports and operational improvement recommendations.
Your role includes assisting with hotel valuation assignments and appraisal reports, conducting site inspections and property tours of hotel assets, and supporting transaction advisory services for hotel acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing. You will help prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and industry reports, contribute to operator selection processes and management contract negotiations, and assist in monitoring hotel performance against budget and market benchmarks.
Additionally, you will support research on hospitality trends, travel patterns, and tourism developments, help maintain databases of hotel transactions, performance metrics, and market intelligence, and participate in client meetings and industry networking events.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Tourism Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field from an accredited university. Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of hotel operations and hospitality industry fundamentals, strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to interpret financial statements and performance metrics, proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for presentations. Familiarity with hotel operating systems (PMS) or STR Global reports is advantageous. Basic knowledge of real estate investment principles is beneficial.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required with strong written and verbal communication skills. Arabic language proficiency is highly advantageous given the regional client base.
Personal Attributes: Passion for the hospitality industry and travel sector, strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions, flexibility and willingness to travel for site visits and inspections, ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, commercial awareness and business acumen, and team player with collaborative work style.
Key Areas of Exposure
Through this graduate program, you will gain experience across hotel asset management including performance monitoring and operational improvement strategies, investment advisory services covering acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio strategies, and hotel valuations and appraisals for various purposes. You will be involved in feasibility studies and development consulting for new hotel projects, market research and competitive analysis across hospitality segments, and transaction support including due diligence and deal execution.
You will also gain exposure to operator selection and contract negotiations, working with major international and regional hotel brands, portfolio advisory for institutional investors and hotel owners, and strategic planning for mixed-use developments incorporating hotel components.
