We are looking for a student or recent graduate in Engineering or Bachelor's degrees in Systems, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields, with knowledge in database management, networking, and application programming. The candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining industrial environment applications to ensure operational continuity, providing technical and functional support, and participating in the planning and execution of projects for clients from various industries. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage data integrity and security, and promote continuous improvement initiatives. Analytical and problem-solving skills, conflict resolution, and availability to travel are essential. An intermediate level of English, both spoken and written, is required.

Desired experience:
* Knowledge of SCADA/DCS systems and industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus, OPC, etc).
* Experience in customer relationship management.
* Experience in conflict management and resolution.

Role objectives:
* Application maintenance: manage and maintain applications in industrial environments, ensuring continuity of operations, providing technical and functional assistance an advice on use and best practices, analyzing requests for new uses, proposing alternatives and working with multidisciplinary groups to meet objectives. Implement improvements, maintain systems, provide technical/functional assistance to users to ensure proper use and operation of systems in accordance with current policies, standards and procedures. Perform software updates and enhancements as necessary. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the data platform and its associated applications. Development of technical documentation.
* Technical support: provide technical support to users and internal teams. Respond to incidents and support requests in a timely manner, ensuring user satisfaction. Document incidents, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
* Project execution: participate in the execution of projects related to the implementation and improvement of industrial data platforms. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and develop solutions.
* Data Management: Monitor and ensure the integrity and quality of data stored on different platforms. Implement and manage data security and access policies.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and systems. Propose and execute initiatives to optimize the performance and efficiency of the data platform. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in industrial data platforms.
