Propósito del Puesto
Promover nuestras marcas en un territorio asignado, desarrollando relaciones sólidas con profesionales de la salud (dentistas, farmacéuticos, entre otros). Identificar oportunidades y liderar proyectos para aumentar las recomendaciones de nuestras marcas.

Responsabilidades
Gestión del Territorio
* Mantener actualizada la base de datos de profesionales.
* Planificar visitas a consultorios y farmacias.
* Organizar visitas a consultorios dentales bajo un enfoque presencial, incluyendo viajes al interior del país.
* Cumplir con los principales KPI de Expert Marketing: cobertura, frecuencia y visitas diarias.
Promoción de Productos
* Promover productos de Haleon a profesionales de la salud, brindando información técnica y científica.
* Gestionar la entrega de muestras y material promocional de acuerdo con la segmentación y disponibilidad de los HCP.
* Impulsar herramientas de descuento con objetivos comerciales concretos.
Registro en Veeva
* Mantener actualizada la información de los profesionales en la plataforma Veeva.
* Registrar semanalmente la planificación de visitas y, de forma diaria, las visitas realizadas y muestras entregadas.
* Reportar inventarios de muestras mensualmente.
Incrementar Conexiones
* Participar en congresos y eventos para ampliar el alcance con profesionales de la salud.
* Identificar oportunidades y gestionar actividades que promuevan nuestras marcas.
Trabajo en Equipo
* Colaborar con los equipos de marketing y ventas para potenciar oportunidades y generar propuestas de valor.
* Contribuir a un ambiente inclusivo, diverso, respetuoso, transparente, colaborativo y orientado al crecimiento.
Liderar Proyectos
* Liderar hasta dos proyectos anuales, relacionados o no con promociones de marca.
* Coordinar, ejecutar y presentar resultados, manteniendo interacción con distintas áreas internas.
¿Qué buscamos?
* Estudiantes avanzados o graduados de Publicidad, Marketing, Relaciones Públicas, Comercialización o especializaciones afines. También se considerarán estudiantes de carreras de la salud interesados en desarrollarse en gestión comercial y marketing (Odontología, Medicina o similares).
* Movilidad geográfica dentro de Buenos Aires (Zona Norte o CABA) y disponibilidad para viajar al interior del país.
* Proactividad, flexibilidad y creatividad.
* Orientación a resultados y mentalidad emprendedora.
* Habilidades de priorización y análisis.
* Movilidad propia.
