For our departement EMS (European Maintenance Support), we are currently looking for a Teamlead Spare Parts (M/V/X).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as Teamlead Spare Parts
* End-to-end Spare Parts Process Management: Ownership of the core spare parts processes (purchase, replenishment, refurbishment) with a focus on efficiency, reliability and continuous improvement.
* Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Management of spare parts capital, including stock control, warehouse movements, parts flow, location management and deployability tracking.
* SAP, Data & Documentation Excellence: Building and maintaining material master data, BOMs and SAP structures, ensuring high data quality, correct registrations and structured documentation.
* Quality, Inspection & Project Support: Organisation and support of incoming inspections, and active contribution to project preparation in close collaboration with experts and stakeholders.
* Process Optimisation & Operational Improvement: Identification of recurring issues and active contribution to optimisation, standardisation, professionalisation and digitisation of logistics processes.
* Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Management, coaching and development of the Spare Parts & Admin team, priority setting, task allocation, meeting leadership and strong stakeholder engagement.
YOUR PROFILE as Teamlead Spare Parts
* You have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technical or logistics field, combined with experience in or a strong affinity for mechanics
* You already have relevant experience within a logistics environment, which makes you solution-oriented and dares to make decisions.
* You are analytical, accurate and independent in your work. You work methodically and in a structured way.
* You can handle changes and unforeseen situations well. You are assertive, and quickly take the necessary initiatives.
* You have already gained a first experience in managing people and you have a customer-oriented "work hard, play hard" mentality
* You are communicative, both in writing and verbally. You can express yourself fluently in English and Dutch and you have a good knowledge of French
* You are digitally minded and can handle MS Office applications well. Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a strong plus
* Words like "safety first", "quality", "accurate" and "conscientious" are top priorities
* You are flexible and mobile and willing to visit projects in Belgium and sporadically in neighbouring countries.
* You have a strong safety and environmental awareness. You constantly take care of the safety and health of yourself and your colleagues!
