Il s'appuie sur Leasys, un leader européen de la LLD avec Stellantis, CA Auto Bank et Drivalia, notre entité paneuropéenne de financement automobile, de location et de mobilité et le développement des financements automobiles dans ses entités historiques en Europe et dans les Caisses régionales du Crédit Agricole et chez LCL via Agilauto.
As part of the Belgian Marketing team, you will contribute to the visibility, growth and development of Leasys within the Stellantis dealer network and the broader B2B ecosystem. You will work on a wide range of projects, combining strategy, project management, communication and stakeholder coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Marketing & Business Development * Support the development and execution of the Belgian marketing strategy * Participate in the preparation of business reviews and management presentations * Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking * Analyze dealer network needs and identify growth opportunities * Contribute to marketing initiatives supporting business objectives Events & Brand Experience * Coordinate dealer and partner events from concept to execution * Identify and manage external suppliers and agencies * Negotiate quotations and monitor budgets * Manage invitations, registrations and event logistics * Support on-site event operations and content creation Communication & Social Media * Create and coordinate content for internal and external communication channels * Contribute to the social media strategy and editorial planning * Lead initiatives such as employee spotlight programs and employer branding projects * Coordinate professional photo and video shoots * Develop engaging visual content using creative tools CRM & Customer Engagement * Support CRM data quality and optimization projects * Contribute to newsletter development and deployment * Assist in audience segmentation and communication campaigns * Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations Incentive & Partnership Projects * Research and develop incentive programs for dealer sales teams * Identify potential partners and negotiate commercial opportunities * Conduct supplier benchmarking and business case analysis * Coordinate implementation and follow-up What makes this opportunity unique? Ihr Profil:
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND Master's degree (Business School, Marketing, Communication, Management or equivalent) KNOW-HOW (EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS, LANGUAGES) * Strong interest in marketing, communication and project management * Analytical mindset combined with creativity * Excellent organizational and coordination skills * Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously * Knowledge of Canva is an asset * Fluent English required * French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage SOFT SKILLS * Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Curious and eager to learn * Entrepreneurial mindset * Comfortable taking ownership * Interested in understanding business challenges * Motivated by impact and continuous improvement We value people who don't simply execute tasks but actively contribute ideas and challenge the status quo
