Account Manager

Beschreibung:

Direct Report: Sales Manager

Tasks and responsibilities:

Customer Portfolio Management:

* Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
* Develop positive relationships with clients
* Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs and requests
* Respond to the customers' queries in a timely manner
* Work to satisfy customers' needs and requests
* Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers

Business development:

* Generate new business in line with strategy of the company by using existing and potential customer networks
* Support the Marketing Team in external communication
* Participate to external events

Sales administration:

* Take care of good registration and encoding within CRM
* Report on the status of accounts and transactions
* Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company strategy and objectives
* Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
* Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Security
* Knowledge of company information security policies, privacy rules and procedures
* Ability to identify and report suspicious behavior or phishing or social engineering attempts
* Knowledge of security practices for managing sensitive and personal information

Mandatory languages (must-have):
* Dutch : native
* French : professional working proficiency
* English : professional working proficiency
