Objetivo do cargo:
Responsável pelo atendimento nível 1 aos gestores de manutenção, com foco em garantir a satisfação dos clientes, assim como eficiência nos atendimentos.

Principais atividades:
Atendimento aos gestores de frota, através dos canais de chat, fone, whatsapp, e-mail e protocolos;
Ter foco em resolver as solicitações em linha;
Manter altos níveis de satisfação dos clientes;
Prestar suporte técnico e esclarecer dúvidas dos procedimentos e utilização das plataformas;
Ter comunicação clara e fluída com o cliente.

Requisitos:
Formação acadêmica: Ensino Médio Completo ( graduação será diferencial);
Conhecimento básico de informática e pacote office;
Experiência com atendimento ao cliente será diferencial.

Local de trabalho: Campo Bom
Formato: Presencial.
