O que você vai fazer:
✅ Atender clientes pelos canais URA, telefone, e-mail e formulário "Fale Conosco"
✅ Auxiliar no uso das ferramentas de gestão
✅ Registrar todas as interações de forma clara e organizada
✅ Direcionar demandas para as áreas responsáveis quando necessário
✅ Ajudar na melhoria contínua dos processos identificando oportunidades e falhas

O que esperamos de você:
🎯 Ensino médio completo (superior completo ou cursando é um diferencial)
🎯 Agilidade, organização, responsabilidade e proatividade
🎯 Boa comunicação e autonomia
🎯 Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office
🎯 Inglês ou Espanhol serão diferenciais
