As Field Sales Specialist, you will facilitate the effective communication to the entire Field sales organization (internal and external). You will be the one responsible for creating insights to improve field team execution and performance. Develop scorecards, tools and reports focus on Strikers & Commercial Team. PSR (Perfect Store Rate), Chilled Placements, Offtake, profitability, Campaign materials & Process. Lead Field sales Training calendar + Onboardings.RESPONSABILIDADES

KPI's CONTROL
Responsible for develop tools to KPI's control per region and customer. Create dashboards and tools to track KPI's performance. Responsible for created new tools to control Striker base, striker process, Field Sales Modern Trade Operation. Prepare and submit report performance for the LATAM team. (Visibility)

STRIKERS SCORECARD
Responsible for organize and communicate the monthly and quarterly scorecard ranking. Develop tools and analysis for the results of strikers

STRIKER ROUTINE AND STORE BASE
Responsible for monitoring the performance of Strikers. Monthly Catch ups with Strikers, Carry out sanitation of the base every 3 months and create management tools.

MERCHANDISING AGENCY CONTROL - Finance/Performance
Responsible for control and give visibility of Merchandising third party structure, together with the National Merchandising Coordinator, Analyses the level of AER (Advanced Exposer Rate) of each 3º partner, develop monitoring and control tools. Performance.

DEVELOPMENT PERFECT STORE RATE - PSR
Responsible for building detailed analysis of the PSR performance and opportunities of national customers and develop control tools for action plans Store by Store, Striker by Striker.

VOLUME AND OFF TAKE ANALISYS - STRIKER BASE / PSA BASE
Responsible for monitoring sales performance indicators and sale of stores to the final consumer. Construct analysis and performance forecasts. Calculating impact per store and per striker. (Develop of Business Cases)

PLAN FOR POS MATERIAL AND PERMANENT EQUIPAMENTS
Responsible for analyzing equipment placement and POS (Point of Sale) materials on each customer, building controls and analysis of installed coolers + Campaigns.
TRAINNING AND ON BOARDING - STRIKER & 3rd PART TEAM
Responsible for prepare Strikers & SPAR Team On Boarding and training in sales programs Power Selling, Power Coaching and HI Pressure. Spread the impact of culture and BRAND though out all the Stakeholders.

Downtrade
Support on the organization, implementation of the new Downtrade Field Sales Area.
Trainings, Trade Visits and Dashboard visualizations.

Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Economics, Business Administration or Publicity
*
Specialization in sales / retail as a differential
*
Microsoft Package, mainly excel and power point
*
English intermediary to advanced
*
Previous experience in sales or sales intelligence, preferably in consumer goods companies;

Previous experience in National Structure for Sales Control;
*
Discipline to control investments
*
Time and priority management knowledge.

Advanced knowledge of routing and optimization tools for field structure.

Strong analytical thinking and management processes, strong problem solving skills.

Advance Package Office (Especially Excel and Power Point);
