UI/UX Designer - Cloud Platform

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to contribute to the design of user interfaces for our strategic cloud platform, including payment applications and device management solutions.

This role focuses on strong execution, collaboration, and consistent application of our design system across products.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and development teams to design intuitive, scalable user interfaces for our cloud product portfolio

* Contribute to the evolution and consistent application of the cloud product design system, ensuring alignment with UX/UI guidelines

* Work with design and development teammates to ensure designs are feasible, well-documented, and implemented accurately

* Participate actively in agile ceremonies (reviews, refinements, retrospectives), providing design input aligned with user and business needs

* Support shared ownership of the design system by applying standards and patterns consistently across teams

* Identify design and technical constraints and help document components, patterns, and foundations to improve reusability

* Apply accessibility best practices and contribute to reducing design and technical debt

* Create high-quality UI/UX deliverables, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are ready for development

* Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

* 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably working within agile, cross-functional product teams

* Solid understanding of UI design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices

* Strong proficiency in Figma and experience working with established design systems (e.g., Maestro)

* Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and SASS; familiarity with React is a plus

* Experience designing with implementation in mind and contributing to design documentation

* Comfortable collaborating remotely within a global, multicultural environment
