Job description

Y Responsible for data cleaning, labeling, feature engineering and the design of monitoring indicators.
Y Build key KPIs and monitoring reports related to research processes to assess process optimization and tool effectiveness quantitatively.
Y Support data analysis and model building of market data and help enhance the operation and service precision of the sales and trading businesses.

Job requirements

Y Solid foundation in statistics, familiar with regression, time series, classification, clustering and other methods.
Y Practical experience in data analysis projects, able to independently complete the full process from problem decomposition to data processing and result presentation.
Y Familiarity with the Python data analysis ecosystem (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, sklearn) is preferred.
Y Strong interest in AI, Fintech, and new technologies, proactive learner.
Y Logical thinking, able to express through data and models, eager to understand the actual needs of frontline business.
Y Willing to collaborate across departments/ functions, capable of translating "technical language" into "business language."
Y Experience in relevant research projects, competitions, internships, or open-source contributions is a plus.
Y Fresh graduates are also welcome.
