We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct deep data analysis, build financial/business insights, and partner with global stakeholders to deliver impact for Amazon Retail's financial systems that process tens of billions of dollars for Amazon. You will be responsible for driving business impact globally, delivering an exceptional customer experience, provide thought leadership in a fast-paced environment, and partner with vendor management team, product management, retail finance, and senior leaders to ensure success of this program.

A day in the life
1. Review business performance and contracts with Amazon's Vendors WW and utilize software tools to identify opportunities
2. Engage Vendor Managers and Retail finance to share business insights and drive actions on identified opportunities
3. Measure, consolidate and report financial impact for business reviews
4. Contribute to process and SOP improvements to enhance controls and optimize team productivity
5. Identify opportunities to improve technology products based on customer engagement and partner with product management team to build product roadmap
6. Actively participate in identifying and implementing strategic initiatives

Ihr Profil:

- 2+ years of finance experience
- 2+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
