Key responsibilities
The overall objective of this role is to ensure optimal integration and implementation of LSEG Risk Intelligence solutions by clients and partners to ensure optimal benefit to our clients resulting in increased client retention and optimised revenues.
* Provide subject matter expertise on our suite of product and services
* Communicate changes to product and data and how these may affect client / partner screening programs.
* Provide ongoing advice regarding the integration of World-Check data and technical configuration.
* Provide updates on new data elements introduced and promote robust data integrations.
* Data analysis and data mapping to inform optimal data integration
* Technical validation of partner's integration of LSEG Risk Intelligence solutions.
Required Technical /Professional Skills & Competencies
Communication
* Ability to communicate ideas, findings and other relevant information.
* Ability to drive internal and external meetings effectively to influence events.
* Good presentation skills
Domain Knowledge
* +3-5 years relevant business support and/or general analysis experience that demonstrates an understanding of AML and/or sanctions compliance.
* Understands key client business processes that involve the use of risk intelligence data.
* Understanding of risk screening from a program design or end user perspective.
Technical knowledge
* Microsoft Office Desktop product range.
* Knowledge of XML, CSV data feeds.
* Advanced SQL and Excel skills
* Robust technical experience backed up with deep understanding of troubleshooting REST API queries and advanced API debugging skills.
* Good knowledge of HTTP methods and HTTP requests of the REST API.
* Experience integrating an API into CRM systems / other platforms.
* Experience validating client / partner API development work
* Knowledge of Postman or similar API troubleshooting application
* Intermediate knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk/Grafana/AWS CloudWatch Dashboards.
* Proficiency in JSON and / or other programming languages.
Prefer
* Familiarity with a programming/scripting language - C#, C++ or other common programming language.
* Basic knowledge of Visual Studio/Eclipse.
Education/ Certifications
* Degree level.
* Professional level of spoken and written English
