The Associate - Employee Services role with London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team in a fast-paced, global organization. Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and procedures via case management tool, ServiceNow; triage/escalate cases to relevant subject matter expert groups as needed and ensure all queries are responded to accurately and within defined SLAs
* Provide guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of the employee life cycle including on-boarding, leave of absence, off-boarding, etc.
* Advise employees, managers, and the People Function Community on navigation and use of LSEG's HRIS
* Perform End-to-end transactional HR processes including generating employment contracts, initiating background checks, onboarding new hires, processing lifecycle changes, and off-boarding within agreed SLAs
* Assist with compiling relevant employment records in response to personnel file requests and subpoenas
* Coordinate with Country HR Business Partnering teams to respond to state unemployment claims
* Partner with third-party leave of absence vendor to update employee leave statuses in LSEG's HRIS
* Coordinate with Employee Relations and other internal stakeholders on escalated or sensitive leave of absence cases
* Work closely with specialty groups such as Global Mobility to provide support and guidance on the International Assignment/Transfer process and assist with administration on Visa applications/renewal
* Participate in projects related to employee lifecycle process changes by completing user acceptance testing and providing feedback
* Maintain employee information and records in LSEG's HRIS, Workday
* Complete data and record management activities, producing reports as required
* Perform regular compliance related procedures, audits, and annual compliance testing. Work with internal stakeholders to update relevant internal systems
* Develop standard and custom report templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics as directed by senior HR colleagues
* Interpret data to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend changes to HR services, tools, and programs
Candidate Profile
* Fluency or professional working proficiency in English is essential
* 2-3 years of prior HR or consultative experience, particularly in areas relating to HR Systems & Administration, HR Operations, or Employee Relations
* Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow or other HRIS and case management tools
* Good understanding of HR policies and procedures, with experience of providing advice on complex transactional HR issues to employees and line managers
* Understanding of US employment legislation is a plus
* Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to defined processes and procedures
* Excellent attention to detail and process orientation
* Strong analytic, consultative, and collaboration skills
* Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint, and Outlook and working to expert knowledge of Excel
* Detail oriented individual with excellent follow through and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable to new and changing priorities
* Innovative, client delivery focused problem solver who is solutions oriented
* Is resourceful and able to successfully navigate through a highly matrixed, global organization
* Self-motivated and willing to learn
