YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Reach the Sell Out target of Bayer technologies and systems with her/his key accounts.

* Negotiate the Sell Out annual target with her/his key accounts.

* Achieve and maintain Customer Share and Net Promotor Score above region's average with the key accounts assigned.

* Provide technical advisory to key accounts, establishing a calendar of visits and services according to crop development, to help them to maximize their profitability.

* Ensure that key accounts are the early adopters for new Bayer technologies and systems.

* Implement the sales activation plan designed for key accounts in her/his region, in alignment with the Sales Activation Team.

* Document all interactions/relationships and Customer Share with key accounts through salesforce.com and/or the digital tools that Bayer provides for this objective.

WHO YOU ARE

* Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture or related career.

* 2-9 years of experience in sales, agronomy, agriculture or crop management.

* Customer Focus, Communication Skills, Negotiation, Account Planning, Digital Tools. Office knowledge.

* Very Strong management of Power Point and Excel. Salesforce or similar
