The Opportunity

As Procurement Manager, you will drive strategic sourcing and hands-on procurement execution across European LTL and FTL networks.
You will act as a key business partner, ensuring cost efficiency, service quality, and network scalability across a complex carrier landscape.

About the Team

You'll be part of a pan-European procurement team, working closely with Product, Network, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver commercial excellence and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategy & Sourcing

* Execute sourcing events, tenders, and negotiations
* Contribute to LTL / FTL category strategies
* Manage carrier onboarding and agreements

Performance & Network Management

* Oversee carrier network across Europe
* Drive KPI performance (OTIF, cost, service quality)
* Ensure contract compliance and optimisation

Data & Digital Procurement

* Leverage data for pricing and sourcing decisions
* Work with TMS and digital tools (OTM, Transporeon, CargoWise)

Business Partnering

* Align closely with Product teams (MGF, LCL, MEC)
* Ensure sourcing plans match operational and commercial needs

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years in procurement, logistics, or road freight
* Strong LTL / FTL and European network experience
* Commercial and negotiation expertise
* Data-driven mindset with analytical strength
* Structured, proactive, and execution-focused
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
