Vestas Technology & Operations (VTO) is the integrated CTO and COO organization within Vestas, encompassing the full industrial value chain - from Research & Development, Procurement and Manufacturing to Supply Chain and Quality. VTO's mission is to transform the way Vestas engineers, sources, contracts, manufactures and delivers its products to consistently meet the highest standards for quality, cost efficiency and time-to-market.
Plant & Energy Solutions is a core product design function within Vestas R&D, responsible for delivering innovative power plant products and platforms. The team leads complex R&D programs executed across the organization, ensuring the development of market-leading solutions with the fastest possible time to market-without compromising on quality or product cost.
Through innovation, continuous development, and systematic product improvements, Plant & Energy Solutions advances Vestas' technologies and solutions to accelerate the global energy transition. Our work is driven by a clear focus on maximizing value for both our customers and Vestas.
The department owns the end-to-end product and platform creation, including:
* Product and platform specifications
* Feasibility studies and concept development
* Product creation through cross-functional collaboration
Operating through highly integrated, cross-functional teams, we deliver standardized and modular platforms that are configurable to customer needs while meeting agreed performance and quality KPIs.

Responsibilities
* Support the development and coordination of project, program, and portfolio communications, including tracking deliveries against milestones and Steering Committee (SteerCo) decisions. Assist in identifying, following up, and maintaining action items
* Manage day-to-day portfolio logistics, such as planning and scheduling meetings, sending invitations, and coordinating workshops. Provide support with purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and related administrative activities
* Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly project, program, and portfolio reports. Assist in developing dashboards and visual performance updates to monitor progress and performance
* Support all phases of the project and program lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure. Assist with documentation and ensure adherence to governance throughout each stag
* Assist in preparing SteerCo materials, governance documentation, gate reviews, and other compliance-related deliverables
* Support the creation of internal communication materials, including town hall presentations and departmental updates. Assist with drafting presentations and other stakeholder communication assets
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the department, including team coordination, documentation management, and day-to-day operational tasks
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
* Foundational knowledge of project planning and business administration, including coordination, documentation, and organizational processes
* Experience supporting project and program planning activities, including developing schedules, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation
* Proficient in project and portfolio management planning tools
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support structured project governance processes

* Collaborative team player who adapts to business needs and delivers reliably
* Ability to prepare and refine decision-making materials with minimal supervision
