The Opportunity

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night, consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse, and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Digital Experience business, based in Copenhagen and covering the Nordics. This is a senior, strategic role focused on the Pharma and Healthcare sector - and in particular, driving digital transformation at some of the most complex and impactful organisations in the world, including Novo Nordisk and similar industry leaders.

This is not a role for someone learning the craft of enterprise sales. This is a role for a proven operator - someone who has navigated long, complex sales cycles, built trust at the C-suite, and delivered measurable outcomes at scale. If you thrive on building deep customer partnerships and helping global organisations realise the full power of AI, data, and digital experience, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

* Own and drive strategic account plans that are directly aligned to customer business goals and long-term transformation ambitions.

* Build and maintain executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior collaborators and CXO-level decision makers.

* Identify and convert expansion opportunities across the full Adobe Digital Experience portfolio, including AI, data, and CXO solutions.

* Lead the full sales lifecycle - from opportunity creation through to close - orchestrating internal teams including sales, consulting, marketing, and partners.

* Develop compelling arguments that deliver the 'One Adobe' story, anchored in customer vision and long-term strategy.

* Coordinate dedicated, pooled, and solution-specific resources to ensure full alignment with the overall account strategy.

* Use customer health data to identify adoption challenges and proactively make strategic recommendations.

* Partner with Enterprise Architects and Account Solution Consultants to define a clear technical vision and roadmap for each account.

What You'll Need to Succeed

* Proven track record in senior enterprise SaaS sales, with consistent quota overachievement and experience managing large, strategic accounts.

* Experience selling CX, AI, or digital transformation solutions to enterprise customers - you understand the value of platforms, not just products.

* Strong exposure to the Pharma or Healthcare industry; existing relationships within Novo Nordisk or a similar ecosystem are highly preferred.

* Executive presence and credibility - you are comfortable engaging CXO-level collaborators and leading transformation-led conversations.

* Demonstrated ability to lead and orchestrate virtual, cross-functional teams across complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.

* Self-starter mindset with high ownership and accountability, and the ability to execute with minimal oversight.

* Strong project management skills to coordinate across dedicated and pooled resources in a matrixed organisation.

* Collaborative and coachable, with the ability to build strong internal alignment across Adobe's teams and leadership.
