YOUR ROLE

* Lead a packaging recyclability testing lab
* Go-2 person for packaging recyclability topics for customers, associations and cross SBU
* Actively contribute in improving internal and external processes to keep highest credibility / implement new analyses / process according to law, industry and safety standards
* Stay up to date in recyclability regulations and implement in testing capabilities and processes
* Training and coaching of customers and internal stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS

* Master or PhD in Material Science, Circular Economy, Process engineering, chemistry or similar
* Profound knowledge in recyclability and certification in the packaging industry

* Leading and developing people with passion

* Strong technical expert with several years of experience in lab analyses work and management

* High seniority skills in consulting and recyclability discussions with customers, associations and internally

* Ability to analyze and understand complex contexts in detail and to communicate in a way that is appropriate for the target audience

* Ability to take the initiative and high degree of flexibility

* Open to travel to customers and industry partners within EU

* Digital skills and mindset

* Fluent English and German language skills
