You Are:
As a Product Owner, you'll team up with the Product Manager to drive success of our newest AI-powered data migration solution. You'll play a key role in shaping how data migrations are done, collaborating with talented colleagues and leveraging cutting-edge technology. Your mission:

Ensure good communication with all internal stakeholders and foster strong collaboration with our development team

*

Help evolve our product to meet customer needs, applying the latest technologies and best practices.

The Work:
After a supportive onboarding, you will work closely with the Product Manager to:

*

Scope product releases, prioritize features, and help design the product roadmap.

*

Contribute to product vision, value proposition, and market/competitive analysis.

*

Translate customer requirements into actionable stories for the product backlog.

*

Collaborate with international engineering teams to deliver high-quality software releases on time and within budget.

*

Create deliverables for release milestones and support budget planning and product reporting.

*

Prepare or contribute to materials for Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services.

*

Support stakeholder management through "what's new" trainings, requirement gathering, customer success activities, and participation in customer events.

Job Qualifications

What we're looking for:

*

Minimum 2 years' experience in Agile Project Management or Product Management.

*

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or equivalent work experience.

*

Fluency in English and German.

*

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Bonus Points:

*

Knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP (SAP S/4HANA), SAP HCM SuccessFactors or SAP Business Technology Platform.

*

Experience in data migration projects (Data Conversion, Data Mapping & Transformation, or Data Migration Management).
