About this role
As our new System Specialist, you will join the Digital Courier Solutions team within the Digital Logistics Ops department.
In this role, you will lead by ensuring our core systems run seamlessly, directly impacting our ability to deliver a world-class experience to our couriers and operations teams across Europe.

These are some of the key components to the position:
* Monitor system performance diligently to identify opportunities for optimization and ensure we are always driving excellence in our operations.
* Execute proactive system maintenance and software testing to ensure a seamless experience for our courier and operations teams.
* Resolve technical tickets and troubleshoot complex issues with speed and precision to maintain high service standards.
* Lead projects aimed at enhancing our tech stack, focusing on innovations that simplify processes and improve the courier journey.
* Manage diverse stakeholders across Digital Courier Solutions, collaborating effectively to align on goals and aim higher together.
* Test new processes and software rigorously, ensuring every rollout raises the bar for our functional systems administration.
