Job Description:

​​​​​​​This is a fixed-term position (approximately 12 months)
* Steer or support all inbound and outbound logistics operations for one of our Warehouses
* Manage coordination across key internal stakeholders-including Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, and Logistics Controlling-as well as external service provider point of contacts
* Identify process bottlenecks and drive the development and implementation of critical improvement measures
* Take part in logistics cost tracking, budget planning, performance reporting, and contract adjustments
* Ensure robust process documentation and system data quality across all Warehouse logistics streams
* Contribute to the successful implementation of strategic logistics initiatives

Qualifications:

* A solid understanding of core logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, returns, and general warehousing, combined with experience in planning operational streams and process changes
* Experience managing a diverse set of KPIs across operations, quality and cost
* The ability to communicate and coordinate effectively & efficiently with diverse internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in collecting, organizing, and presenting data in a structured format for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to support strategic management decisions
* Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
