Job Description:

* Lead and implement key strategic and operational projects in cross-functional settings
* Act as a sparring partner for strategic tasks initiated by the Management Board
* Develop new business fields in collaboration with operational teams within the ABOUT YOU core business
* Conduct independent and complex analysis and translate insights into action
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from all backgrounds & hierarchies
* Identify and analyze relevant KPIs and deduct concrete actions to develop our company

Qualifications:

* Strong academic track record at a top university
* Several years of practical experience in strategy & business development, in a leading consultancy or other fast-paced environments
* Very good analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers / business modelling
* Empathy & communication skills - you get along well, communicate effectively and drive results with all kinds of stakeholders & personalities
* Strong intrinsic motivation with a bias for action and willingness to take ownership
* Growth mindset & willingness to learn something everyday
* Can do mentality - you don't stop at obstacles but strive for alternate solutions
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) - AI literacy is a big plus
