Territory Manager TMTI - Finland & Baltics

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We're looking for a Territory Manager to join our Structural Heart team, focusing on Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Interventions (TMTI) across Finland and the Baltics.
In this role, you will partner closely with physicians and healthcare teams to support the adoption of innovative, minimally invasive therapies that improve patient outcomes. Combining commercial ownership with strong clinical engagement, you will play a key role in building trusted relationships and providing clinical case support.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
* Support therapy adoption through education, collaboration, and customer engagement
* Provide clinical and technical case support during procedures and follow-ups
* Develop and execute territory plans to drive sustainable growth
* Identify opportunities to expand access to TMTI therapies
* Contribute to forecasting, tenders, and effective stock management
* Ensure full compliance with company standards and policies
What You Bring
* Relevant background in healthcare, clinical, scientific, or business field
* Experience in cardiology or structural heart is a strong advantage
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercial mindset with a collaborative approach
* Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
* Fluent in local language and in English
* Willingness to travel on regular basis across Finland and the Baltics
