We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team as a Performance Buyer. You will be a part of a team that is driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization with a special focus on Procurement.
This is a truly international role as you'll be in touch with OCD teams of all countries in our footprint as well as external partners. This role will be responsible for mastering, coordinating and monitoring financial performance with a specific focus on rebates and rewards value for cybersecurity products and services with specific partners, making sure of alignment with business, operations and finance with industry standards.
Procurement is a recent global function at Orange Cyberdefense, involved in various initiatives to support business, enhance the company's financial performance and secure legal exposure and overall compliance. The department intends to focus on significant international players to improve and secure profitable growth with them.

In this important role, you'll be a part of the Orange Cyberdefense Global Procurement team.

Main missions are the following:
* Develop global procurement relationships and performance program understanding with cyber partners
* Monitor and coordinate the financial performance of Orange Cyberdefense entities with main partners
* Create relationships and mobilization within OCD entities and with partners to increase financial performance including rebates management
* Follow-up and secure on a weekly basis eligible scope for rebates to be declared
* Ensure rebates are regularly monitored, optimized and captured
* Contribute to Gross Margin improvement
* Challenge partners to have them evolved their Partnership program towards a more profitable and business wise approach for Orange Cyberdefense countries
* Participate to regular Business reviews with major vendors to contribute to and address operational and financial dimensions.

Qualifications:
* Ability to deep dive into and master complex commercial and rebates programs
* High analytical skills
* Strong project capabilities in a tight timeline,
* Proficient in English is a must
* Experience in B2B sales and project management at international level is necessary
* Effective communication, coordination and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a diverse and cross-functional team environment
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
* 5-year degree in business administration, Management,
* First experience (3 to 5 years) in procurement,
* Rigorous and robust tasks planning and monitoring
* Experience in B2B sales would be appreciated,
* Skills and/or experience in suppliers' management,
* Robust capability in IT tools and analysis as well as anticipation capability
* Capability to interact in an international and complex environment,
* Experience in the IT or cyber security industry.

Global professional experience of 5 to 8 years with a mMinimum 2 to 3 of 3 to 5 years in procurement or sales and B2B sales activities ideally in IT sector or cyber security area.
