Job Description

You join the Chief Operating Office CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) and more specifically the Closing and Monitoring Participation department of the Operations Financing Department (FINOPS). You work within a team of 4 people in charge of monitoring financing operations initiated by the Front Office across all business lines in which Natixis participates.
On a daily basis, your mission is:
* To provide your technical expertise to the Front Office during the pre-closing and closing phase of operations;
* To monitor the smooth running of operations and management events and ensure their compliance with internal company requirements and regulations (waivers, drawing, renewal, reimbursement, etc.);
* To ensure the good quality of financing operations data in IT systems;
* To verify compliance with the contractual commitments of borrowers (covenants, guarantees received);
* To participate in the implementation of action plans aimed at continuously improving the quality of service and operational efficiency of the team with the principles of Lean Management;
* To be proactive and contribute to cross-functional projects beyond the team's scope of intervention (digitalization, automation...).

As a Closing and Monitoring Participation Manager; you participate in the management of a portfolio of financing operations, working closely with account managers, finance agent banks, legal teams, the Back-Office, and Loan Booking.
