ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a Treasury Analyst - Kyriba Competence Center M/F.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
1) Kyriba Application Support
* Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
* Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues in Kyriba (e.g., payment processing, bank connectivity, cash forecasting, reporting…).
* Liaise with Kyriba's external support team and internal IT to escalate and track resolution of issues.
2) Pro-active Solution Maintenance:
* Monitor functional performance: bank statements and payment rejections
* Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and testing in collaboration with ALTEN Information Systems department and Kyriba vendor teams.
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data feeds (bank statements, interfaces from and to third-party systems, FX rates).
3) User Assistance:
* Deliver training sessions for treasury teams and other stakeholders.
* Maintain user guides, FAQs, and best practice documentation.
4) Process Improvement:
* Identify gaps in current treasury processes and propose Kyriba-based solutions (e.g., automation of manual tasks, workflow enhancements).
* Collaborate with business teams to align Kyriba functionalities with evolving treasury needs.
* Participate in Kyriba-related projects (e.g., new module rollouts, bank connectivity setup, ERP integrations).
Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Operational Skills:
* Hands-on experience with any Treasury Management System, especially in Cash Management, Payments, Risk, Reporting areas;
* Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle...) and integration concepts (APIs, SFTP, EDI);
* Advanced Excel.
Behavorial Skills:
* Solution and customer oriented. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
* Proven communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
* Ability to manage priorities in an international environment.
Languages:
* Fluent in English.
Preferred Experience
* 2+ years of experience in treasury operations, with a focus on treasury management systems, with exposure to bank connectivity, payment factories, or cash forecasting processes.
