Job description

Within the Group IT Department (Front Office IS), we are launching the modernization of our BI ecosystem by building a Modern Data Platform based on Microsoft Fabric. The goal is to move from a legacy BI system to a modern, scalable, and data-driven architecture. We are looking for the first key member of the Data team, who will play a strategic role in setting up best practices and ensuring the success of this program.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

· Experience: 6+ years in Data Engineering, with significant experience on Azure;
· Cloud & Data Platform: Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory), Fabric (ideally);
· BI & Visualization: Power BI (expert level);
· Data Architecture: Lakehouse concepts, BI modeling, MDM;
· Programming Languages: Python (mandatory), SQL (advanced), and one data engineering language (e.g., PySpark, Scala, or .NET for Fabric);
· CI/CD & DevOps: Best practices for pipeline industrialization;
· Data Governance: Security, quality, cataloging;
. Bonus: Experience with Fabric, BI transformation projects, DevOps culture.
