Experienced Business Manager - ALTEN Technology USA

Today, ALTEN Technology USA is looking for ambitious individuals (professional fluency in English is key) with an entrepreneurial mindset to develop both, team and business in Greensboro.

Responsibilities include:
* Business development: identify, negotiate and conclude the sale of technical services to major industrial and technology companies.
* Recruitment and team management: Develop and build the loyalty of a team of consultants already working on various technical issues for our customers.
* Financial management: Manage your profit centre strategically

Profil

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

Eligibility:
* Minimim 12 months' successful experience within the ALTEN Group
* Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2)
* Desire to develop leadership skills and strategic vision
* Goal-Oriented and comfortable with changing market conditions or strategies
* Can-do attitude
