Job Description

Finalités de la mission (Objectifs / projets) :
· Amélioration de la performance de l'atelier sur ses objectifs SQCT
· Fiabilisation des lignes au sein d'un l'atelier de fabrication
· Digitalisation et automatisation des outils de suivi de performance
· Amélioration ergonomique des postes de travail

Activité de la mission (description du poste) :
· Animer la qualité au sein de l'atelier de manière quotidienne et mettre en place des plan d'action hebdo/mensuel
· Piloter des actions transverses atelier : Animation sécurité / 5S quotidienne.
· Piloter des actions de performance en atelier (MPM).
· Améliorer la performance des moyens.
· Participer à la digitalisation.
· Piloter des groupes de travail afin de favoriser la résolution de problèmes
· Analyse de postes et pilotage de chantiers d'amélioration kaizen
