Junior Sampling and Production Coordinator for Embroideries

* Research and connect with potential clients for embroideries in luxury fashion and interiors space.
* Set up meetings to present our embroidery samples and products for fashion and interiors to clients.
* Manage sampling and production orders from clients.
* Prepare accurate purchase orders based on client specifications for the factory teams in Mumbai.
* Track and follow up on sampling orders, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
* Maintain comprehensive season-wise records of all orders received for reference and analysis.
* Schedule and conduct meetings with existing clients to discuss seasonal orders and requirements.
* Monitor sampling received each season and liaise with clients for production follow-ups.
* Assist in payment collection against invoices from clients, if necessary, ensuring financial transactions are handled smoothly.
1. Must be able to communicate in French and English
2. Prior experience in luxury fashion and embroideries will be helpful
