We're seeking a People Services Team Manager to lead, inspire, and empower a dedicated team of People Services Representatives and Specialists. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving operational excellence within our People Services function.
About the Role
As our People Services Team Manager, you'll be at the heart of our people operations, guiding your team to success through clear objectives, smart work allocation, and continuous support. You'll ensure smooth delivery of Tier 1 People Services by enforcing processes, policies, and best practices, while confidently handling complex case escalations. Your leadership will foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance, helping your team thrive and deliver exceptional outcomes.
This role will work in our Paris office 3 days a week and 2 from home.
*Lead and manage a team of People Services Representatives and Specialists to meet and exceed service standards.
*Oversee day-to-day delivery of People Services, ensuring adherence to processes, policies, and SLAs/KPIs.
*Act as the first escalation point for complex queries, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
*Allocate resources efficiently, identify service gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
*Provide expert guidance on HR policies, legacy agreements, and employment legislation.
*Lead onboarding, coaching, and development of team members to foster engagement and growth.
*Develop and maintain knowledge resources, champion compliance, and uphold confidentiality and ethics.
*Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
What We're Looking For
*Proven experience managing large, customer-focused teams with a track record of driving high performance.
*Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including resourcing, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
*Up-to-date understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
*Excellent coaching, consulting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide others effectively.
*Outstanding communication skills to engage confidently with employees at all levels.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems, SharePoint, or ServiceNow HRSD is a plus.
*A passion for creating a supportive, collaborative environment that motivates and empowers teams.
