Description du poste:
* Structurer et négocier des opérations de fiducie et missions d'agent, en lien avec les parties prenantes.
* Rédiger et revoir la documentation juridique (contrats de fiducie, conventions intercréanciers, sûretés, annexes).
* Accompagner les équipes Middle & Front Office dans la gestion et l'exécution des opérations.
* Développer la nouvelle offre Agency, participer à son déploiement et former les futurs collaborateurs.
* Assurer une veille juridique et communication (articles, présentations, conférences) pour renforcer l'expertise et la visibilité du département.
Qualifications:
* Formation juridique solide : CAPA + Master II en droit (sûretés, bancaire/financier idéalement).
* Expérience confirmée : minimum 5 ans en financements ou Agency/structured finance (cabinet ou banque).
* Compétences techniques : droit bancaire et financier, sûretés, droit des sociétés, entreprises en difficulté.
* Excellentes aptitudes rédactionnelles et de négociation, avec maîtrise des closings et conditions suspensives.
* Qualités personnelles : rigueur, autonomie, proactivité, sens relationnel et capacité à manager.
