CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (EXTERNAL CONTRACT)

As Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing customer orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints. To excel in this position, you should possess exceptional communication skills and have a strong customer-centric approach.

YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
* Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
* Communicate with customers through various channels.
* Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
* Know our products so that you can answer questions.
* Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
* A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics
* 2-3 years of experience as customer support
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (CRM) and MS Office
* Fluency in Greek and English (oral & written communication)
* Great communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability and willingness to learn about solutions and benefits specifications
* Friendly personality
* Team player
* Priority and time-management skills
