You'll be responsible for:
* Planing and align benefits with programme business case targets and strategic objectives.
* Developing frameworks for benefits integration into scheme business cases.
* Monitoring and assure delivery, reporting progress against KPIs and recommending improvements.
* Embedding benefits management within PMO controls and programme reporting.
* Designing and implement benefits strategy for planning, mapping, and evaluation.
* Developing management plans for programme and scheme-level benefits delivery.
* Integrating benefits management into PMO controls, reporting, cost, and risk processes.
* Partnering with client teams to meet expectations and strengthen relationships.
You'll need to have:

* Proven experience in benefits management on major programmes or projects.
* Expertise in benefits strategy and investment appraisal methods.
* Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage complex activities with uncertain outcomes.
