About the Role

Reporting to the Strategic Accounts & Contracts Manager this role is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) and the ideal candidate will be located close to ideally Willerby or Dunstable.

What You Will Do

Day to day you will be responsible for:
* Service Level agreements for customers joining Frameworks
* Manage contract novation's
* Management of tenders:
* Monitoring tender portals/ mailbox for notifications of tenders
* Project managing process
* Reviewing tender specifications
* Collating all required information/ samples
* Writing tender responses
* Uploading of documentation on customer portal
* Gaining internal sign off
* Breaking down results of tender and communicating to wider business/ arranging tender debriefs
* Storage of documentation
* Pricing analysis support
* Co-ordination of price increase communications to customers
* Managing data requests from customers
* Applying for drug tariff increases

Who You Are

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
* High attention to detail coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous experience in tenders/ contracts role
* Good organisational skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Agile mindset
