About the Role

You will manage a portfolio of SME clients, focusing on retaining and growing relationships while delivering consistent, high-quality service. In a fast-paced and evolving environment, you will act as a key point of contact for clients and brokers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.

What You'll Do

* Deliver against retention and growth targets across your assigned client portfolio
* Build strong, consultative relationships with clients and brokers to understand needs and identify opportunities
* Take ownership of day-to-day client servicing, resolving queries and ensuring commitments are met
* Proactively identify upsell opportunities and contribute to growth targets
* Communicate updates on products, processes, and regulatory changes clearly and effectively
* Manage and resolve escalations, ensuring a positive client experience
* Maintain accurate records of renewals and client activity in internal systems

What You'll Bring

* Experience in account management or sales, with a focus on client relationships
* Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate with a range of stakeholders
* Experience delivering customer-focused solutions based on client needs
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence presenting information clearly to clients and partners
* Ability to travel as part of the role

* Experience working with brokers or intermediaries
* Exposure to international health insurance or benefits
* Experience in a matrixed or global organisation
* Familiarity with regulatory changes impacting healthcare or insurance
