We are looking for an authentic and driven Conference and Banqueting Team Leader (Part-Time) to join us at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel!

As our C&B Operations Supervisor you serve as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside the events team to perform technical or functional job duties. You will be able to encourage and motivate the team to perform their best and you take responsibility for tasks you are assigned and can make the right decision and provide input on possible improvements. Communications skills are key as you will need to collaborate with other departments to ensure the events run efficiently
To succeed as our C&B Supervisor, you will:
* Be available to work 16 hours per week (weekend and late night availability is essential - depending on what event we are running you could be working late to ensure everything runs smoothly!)
* Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
* Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals.
* Have minimum 1 years' experience in a Senior Waiter / Team Leader tole role within Banqueting/Meeting and Events.
* Experience within a 5* hotel or property of similar size and complexity.
* Previous experience with Delphi and Micros.
