Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to strengthen the Finance team of our hotel. The role will be responsible for the full management of the accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal procedures, and timely execution of administrative activities.
Essential Functions
* Full management of the accounts payable cycle, including supplier invoice posting, reconciliations, and controls.
* Verification of the correct application of contracts, pricing, and agreed terms with suppliers.
* Management of internal approval workflows in line with hotel procedures and policies.
* Preparation of payments and reconciliation of supplier accounts.
* Monitoring deadlines and managing open items.
* Supporting monthly and annual closing activities.
* Document archiving and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
* Collaboration with the Financial Controller on periodic analysis and reporting

Ihr Profil:

Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting
* Proficiency in Italian and English (both mandatory).
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Solid administrative and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
