* Investigate, document, and resolve reconciliation breaks and outstanding items, prioritizing resolution within established service level timeframes.
* Coordinate the timely escalation of unresolved discrepancies to Operations, Settlements, and Front Office teams, following defined escalation frameworks.
* Monitor the aging of outstanding items in balance sheet accounts, ensuring all entries are properly justified and supported for substantiation purposes.
* Prepare and deliver documentation, sample data, and reports required by internal and external audit teams and regulatory bodies, maintaining full process transparency.
* Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation status reports, tracking volume, resolution rates, and key performance and risk indicators for management review.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on automating repetitive reconciliation tasks and integrating AI productivity tools into daily workflows to reduce manual effort and error.
