Student Worker - Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania | Part-Time: 16-20 hours/week | Hybrid | Fixed-Term Contract

In this role, you'll support our Market Platforms Finance - FP&A team and gain hands-on experience with corporate finance operations, financial reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do
* Support the FP&A team with maintaining financial dashboards to ensure accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders.
* Assist with monthly financial processes, including accrual entries and journal entry organization, under the guidance of senior team members.
* Help compile and organize financial documentation to support internal and external audit requests.
* Collaborate with teammates to input and reconcile financial data in our operating systems.
* Contribute to documenting standard operating procedures to support knowledge sharing across the team.
What We're Looking For
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
* Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel; exposure to data or reporting tools is a plus.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* A collaborative mindset with effective communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with enterprise financial systems or similar platforms.
* Prior internship or work experience in a finance or accounting environment.
* Interest in financial reporting, corporate finance, or data analytics.
