Responsible for leading and coordinating a team of IT professionals, overseeing projects and operational day-by-day tasks. Ensures systems efficiency, resource allocation and promote collaboration within the team. Offer technical expertise and act as a role model by delivering value for clients, developing teams and talent, and working collaboratively across the Bank.

YOUR CHALLENGE

* Lead and coordinate the team, providing guidance and support
* Set clear goals and priorities and support team members actively in achieving them; direct work and distribute workload when needed
* Encourage open discussions and foster honest feedback
* Work collaboratively across teams, units and the bank; proactively engage, partner, and effectively communicate with governing bodies
* Support continuous development of team members, improves their skills and performance; generate learning opportunities and provide regular feedback to the team members
* Oversee project progress within the team, ensuring timely and efficiency delivery
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, procedures and standards
* Create and foster a positive, inspiring, diverse and inclusive work environment with equal opportunities
* Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex issues
* Support continuous improvement and drive change
* Responsible for applications within his/hers area (if any), including delivery of assigned projects as well as production support and maintenance

YOUR PROFILE

* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire IT teams and to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
* Decisive and result-oriented person, with strong project management skills
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to strategically plan and allocate resources
* Proven communication skills to deal with employees and stakeholders on different management levels
* Technical proficiency and strong problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the Banking and IT industry
* Ability to work in an agile manner and adapt to new situations
* Several years of relevant professional experience
* Degree in Leadership or training in team leading is a plus
