Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Support myBUY procurement platform users by managing incidents, resolving P2P issues, and ensuring end-to-end handling of service requests.
Your Impact
As Global Proc Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:
* The role is responsible for Incident (INC) Management:
o Incident identification and recording
o Classification and initial support to the Users for the Incident
o Investigation and diagnosis of Incidents
o Escalation procedures for ensuring Incident resolution
o Incident resolution and restoring service to its normal operation
o Communicating with the User and Closing the Incident ticket
Training end users in myBUY usage
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
* Bachelor´s degree needed
Experience
* Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
* Experience in Incident Management
* Ideally with a Procurement background
* Good English level (written and spoken) mandatory
* ERP (SAP / ARIBA) experience
* 1+ Years of experience required
* Clear communication
* Strong customer service background
* Problem-solving capability
* Ability to follow structured processes
* Comfortable with high-volume workload
