PRODUCT IT SUPPORT AND IMPLEMENTATION TRAINEE

As a Product IT Support and Implementation Trainee you wil be responsible for driving operational and technological excellence within the Product Team. This role focuses on managing the transition of critical IT infrastructures, ensuring both current and future systems deliver maximum business value. Through this journey, you will gain a comprehensive view of our cross-functional workflows, building your professional standing and leadership capacity to influence key organizational projects.

What awaits you?

* Support IT related topics within the Product Team, supporting fixing still existing problems in the implementation of OKA & PICASO IT systems.

* Support the preparation and later implementation of the successor IT system called PPS.

* Connector between Product Team and departments involved, e.g. local IT team, central IT team, external IT supplier, internal business functions e.g. sales, finance, etc.

* Ensure the optimal and timely implementation of all required functionalities of the projects.

What you should bring along?

* Recent graduate or with a maximum of 2 years of professional experience.

* Desirable experience in project management and IT background.

* Advanced english.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
