Working in this area, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with overall business objectives to increase utilisation of technology resources, driving competitive advantage.

* As a part of the Technology Strategy team, you are expected to be able to articulate business issues and trends within one or multiple industries as well as solve complex problems by structuring challenges and utilizing analytical tools. You will also determine client needs, identify use cases for a technology/solution, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and develop business cases. You will also identify and evaluate potential use cases for blockchain technology within a business context, assessing the feasibility and benefits of implementation.
* Deep understanding of blockchain architectures, distributed ledger frameworks, and consensus algorithms, including experience advising on enterprise and public blockchain solutions
* Hands-on familiarity with smart contract design and deployment across platforms such as Ethereum, Stellar, and Solana, including integration with digital assets, identity, and compliance frameworks
* Proven ability to design blockchain strategies, operating models, and implementation roadmaps that link emerging technologies to measurable business outcomes
* Experience leading blockchain solution design, vendor selection, or proof-of-concept delivery within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
* Knowledge of Web3 and digital asset ecosystems (DeFi, NFTs, tokenization) and their relevance to enterprise use cases
* Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), security, and DevSecOps principles supporting blockchain scalability and resilience
* Demonstrated consulting skills including structured problem solving, executive communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value narratives
* Experience leading teams, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating across cross-functional and global delivery environments
Responsibilities
Conducts thorough market research and competitive analysis, using various qualitative and quantitative research methods Develops comprehensive action plans, strategies, and roadmaps to address client challenges and achieve their goals Creates reusable deliverables, develops training materials, and leads automation initiatives Simplify requirements, document designs and client processes through technical architecture and conceptual flows, based on blockchain technologies Describes technology solutions and usage models in business terms and demonstrate business value to clients Manages client relationships, conduct stakeholder meetings, support project administration, and identify sales opportunities Identifies business development opportunities, develops proposals, and contributes to go-to-market initiatives and alliance partnerships Communicates effectively in both written and verbal forms, engaging stakeholders across various situations Lead delivery of blockchain projects including strategy assessments, proof of concept implementations, and production rollouts; manage program governance, financials, capacity planning, etc. Coach and develop team members, fostering collaboration and delivery excellence
